You don’t need more knowledge or insight. You need a different approach.

RTT® Therapist | Founder of The NeuroRewire Method™
Hi, I’m Deborah,
My work integrates subconscious rewiring with nervous system regulation and immune system reprogramming to help create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is shaped not only by formal training, but by lived experience. I’ve experienced firsthand how trauma, stress, and unresolved patterns can shape the way we relate to ourselves, to others, and even how the body begins to express symptoms over time.
Through my own life, both personally and within my family, I’ve navigated childhood trauma, complex relational dynamics, serious illness, and the kind of life events that reshape you at your core.
My young son’s survival of stage IV cancer, alongside my own experiences with chronic health conditions and a deeply challenging period of personal change, brought me face-to-face with something I could no longer ignore:
Insight, knowledge and understanding don’t create change.
Whether it shows up in your relationships, your habits, your health, your emotions, or the way your body responds, many of the struggles people face aren’t driven by conscious choice, but by patterns running beneath conscious awareness.
That realisation changed everything.
The NeuroRewire Method™ works by identifying and updating the subconscious patterns and nervous system responses that run, and sometimes ruin, lives. Rather than managing, controlling or analyzing those patterns, I work directly with the underlying imprint, allowing change to occur more naturally and often more quickly than people expect.
This is why many clients experience incredible shifts that previously felt out of reach, even after years of trying.
I have a particular interest in relational patterns and couples work. I understand how unresolved trauma, attachment dynamics, and nervous system dysregulation can quietly shape the way people:
communicate
withdraw
react
protect themselves
and repeat familiar patterns
Even when they desperately want something different.
By working at the subconscious level, we begin to change these patterns, allowing for greater safety, emotional regulation, and genuine connection.
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply respectful of the innate intelligence of both the mind and the body.
I don’t believe anyone is broken.
I believe people have learned patterns that once made sense, and when those patterns no longer serve them, they can be updated when the right conditions are in place.
At its core, this method is about helping your mind and body recognize that it is safe to change.
Outside of my work, I’m a devoted mother, wife, and someone deeply committed to growth and continued learning. I value creating a life that feels aligned, peaceful, and meaningful, something I once had to rebuild from the ground up.
If something in your life isn’t changing, despite all your knowledge, insight and effort, there is a reason.
And there is a way to change it.
