Online therapy that rewires your brain and nervous system for lasting change.

Subconscious rewiring isn't about reliving everything you've been through or talking about it for years. And it isn't about forcing change through mindset, willpower, or positive thinking.

It is about updating how your subconscious mind has been programmed and how your nervous and immune systems respond, so that anxiety, habits, stress, emotional reactions and physical symptoms stop making your life more difficult than it needs to be.

Unlike talk therapy or AI-based self-help, this method targets thoughts, patterns, beliefs and behaviors driven by the subconscious mind. It rewires automatic responses, calms nervous system threat reactions, and supports the body at a cellular level.

The NeuroRewire Method™ draws on a powerful integration of modalities — Rapid Transformational Therapy®, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychotherapy, Parts Work, Attachment Science, Neuroscience, Psychobiology and Nervous System Regulation — to activate neuroplasticity and rewire your brain at the level where change actually lasts.

And that’s why it works. Instead of trying to fight it, override it, or control it, you begin to notice something different. What once triggered you no longer does. What felt impossible to change, changes. The pattern that kept repeating finally stops repeating. And physical symptoms your body has been holding onto start to dissolve.

For many, that’s where the real relief comes from. Not because they’re trying harder, but because they no longer have to.

“I rewire your brain so your mind no longer works against you”

Subconscious rewiring session targeting the root cause of emotional and behavioural patterns and releasing stored emotional patterns through subconscious rewiring techniques

First Session

Most people come to me having already spent a long time thinking about what they're struggling with. They know what the issue is. What they don't know is why they keep doing it, or why it keeps coming back despite everything they've tried.

In our first session together, I take the time to understand what you’re struggling with and how it’s been showing up in your life. That context matters. But I don’t spend weeks or months circling the problem or having you tell the same story over and over. One session to understand - then we get to work.

Second Session & Beyond

From the second session onwards, using breathwork and nervous system regulation, I guide your brain into the theta brainwave state - the deeply relaxed, highly receptive frequency your brain is in for the first seven years of life, which is exactly why early childhood experiences are encoded so deeply. It's also the state your brain is in each morning in the moments just as you wake up, and again just before you fall into a deep sleep.

In theta, the conscious, critical mind steps back and the subconscious becomes directly accessible. From there, your subconscious selects the original memories that encoded your pattern, naturally and effortlessly, without any coaxing or forcing.

You won't relive anything, you'll just observe, like watching a film of your own life. Once we identify what's been driving the pattern beneath conscious awareness, I use targeted techniques to interrupt the old neural pathway and lay down a new one. You'll then be given a personalized Transformation Recording to listen to for 21 days to hard-wire the change.

Your Brain Rewires on its own Timeline

Rewiring isn't one-size-fits-all, and change doesn't always follow a straight line. Your brain is unique. The patterns encoded in it are uniquely yours, and so is the speed at which they change.

For most people, the issue they struggle with most begins to shift within 2–3 sessions. Change doesn’t always announce itself. Sometimes it happens immediately, sometimes it builds quietly day by day, and sometimes it appears retrospectively.

Until one day, the old trigger fires… and nothing happens. No effort. No willpower. The pattern is gone. Not suppressed. Not managed. Physically gone, dismantled by the brain itself through a process called synaptic pruning. The neurons that once fired together to trigger that reaction, that habit, that response? They no longer wire together. The circuit is broken. And a broken circuit cannot fire.

Is Online Therapy as effective as in-person Therapy?

Yes.

Online Therapy is as effective as In-Person Therapy.

A substantial body of research shows that online therapy, including sessions via Zoom, can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy for many issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma-related symptoms.

Multiple randomized controlled trials and systematic reviews have found no significant differences in treatment outcomes, symptom reduction, or therapeutic alliance when comparing online therapy with face-to-face sessions.

Because online sessions allow clients to remain in familiar, regulated environments, many people find it gentler on the nervous system and easier to sustain over time.

➤‍Working with a therapist over video is just as effective as meeting in person

Trauma work can be delivered online with excellent outcomes

Tele-therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions for PTSD, anxiety, and mood disorders

How Does Neuroplasticity Work?

²Neuroplasticity is the term used to describe the brain’s lifelong ability to form new connections and prune apart old ones that are no longer useful.

At its core, this method harnesses the science of neuroplasticity to create, update and reinforce neural pathways. And once the brain changes, everything changes!

As subconscious patterns update, many people notice that their overall mood improves, they have greater mental clarity, reduced stress responses, they become become less reactive, triggers lose their charge, relationships improve and physical symptoms that once felt unmanageable start to ease.

“Life often feels calmer and happier, not because you’re trying harder, but because your subconscious is no longer running the show”
