Hi, I’m Deborah
RTT® Therapist | Founder of The NeuroRewire Method™
You understand it. So why can’t you change?
If you’ve been trying to understand why you can’t change a habit, why your body keeps reacting, or why the same patterns keep repeating, and you’ve been turning to AI for answers, you already know how good it feels to be validated and understood.
And you’re not alone. More and more people are turning to AI. A 2026 survey¹ found that 43.75% of people would rather confide in AI than open up to friends, family, or even a professional.
And it makes sense. AI is available 24/7, it’s non-judgmental, knowledgeable and insightful. But if you’re still struggling, you’ve likely realized something else.
Talking about it and understanding it hasn’t changed it.
That's because understanding only engages your conscious mind, the part you're using right now to read this. The part that thinks, understands and analyses. And it only accounts for 5% of what's actually driving your thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
The other 95%, those automatic reactions and physical responses that keep sabotaging you, were wired into your subconscious mind and nervous system long before you even had the awareness to question them. And unlike your conscious mind, these parts don’t think. They just react. Automatically. Instantly.
And that's what’s running the show.
Which is why trying to think your way out of something with positive thinking, mindset and willpower rarely works. It’s like pressing a frozen app on your phone over and over, hoping it will respond.
Nothing changes until you reset what's underneath.
The same is true for your mind and body. Real, lasting change only happens when your subconscious mind and nervous system are rewired.
And that's something AI simply cannot do.

The problem isn’t you. It’s the way your brain was wired.
When you first became aware that something wasn’t quite right, it may have shown up as anxiety, overthinking, a harsh inner critic, ongoing relationship struggles, or constantly second-guessing yourself.
Or it might have felt like self-sabotage, procrastination, chronic worry, emotional reactions that didn’t make sense, overeating, vaping, drinking or phobias and habits you couldn’t seem to overcome, no matter how hard you tried.
Perhaps it even showed up in your body, as pain, migraines, gut issues, allergies or unexplained symptoms that seemed to come out of nowhere.
And when these issues keep repeating, it’s only natural to start wondering if something is wrong with you.
The truth is there’s nothing wrong with you.
The only thing wrong is that your brain encoded certain patterns, beliefs and protective responses earlier in your life.
And over time, they’ve become hardwired and running on autopilot.
If your brain wired one pattern, it can learn to wire a new one.
You don’t need more talking, insight or understanding. And you definitely don’t need to keep trying harder.
You just need a different approach.

Is Online Therapy as effective as in-person Therapy?
Yes.
Multiple randomized controlled trials and systematic reviews have found no significant differences in treatment outcomes, symptom reduction, or therapeutic alliance when comparing online therapy with face-to-face sessions.
Because online sessions allow clients to remain in familiar, regulated environments, many people find it gentler on the nervous system and easier to sustain over time.
➤ ⁴Telephone and video are just as effective as in-person therapy for many mental health issues
➤⁵Working with a therapist over video is just as effective as meeting in person
➤ ⁶Trauma work can be delivered online with excellent outcomes
➤ ⁷Tele-therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions for PTSD, anxiety, and mood disorders
Online Therapy is as effective as In-Person Therapy.
A substantial body of research shows that online therapy, including sessions via Zoom, can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy for many issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma-related symptoms.
This is where real change happens: 👉 See how Subconscious Rewiring works
Clients are often surprised by how quickly change happens.

Neuroscience research³ shows that your brain continues forming new neural pathways throughout life, and when the subconscious is targeted directly, change doesn’t have to take years. Most clients notice meaningful shifts within a few sessions - not because it’s a quick fix, but because we’re working at the level beneath conscious awareness.
If something in you senses that subconscious rewiring might be the missing piece, start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation. No pressure, no expectation, just a conversation.
We’ll explore what you’re struggling with, what you’ve already tried, and what becomes possible when your subconscious mind is rewired and no longer quietly running, or undermining, your life.
